Heavytec Electrical LTD is committed to supplying and installing quality electrical products that meet the regulatory requirements. The policy adopts a quality inspection system structured by the Kenya Bureau of Standards aimed at providing total customer satisfaction at an equitable cost.
Our 5-D process
Site Evaluation
During the site evaluation our installers will come to your home, office or company to assess your energy needs. The installer will check the roof and attic, the electrical setup, and battery placement (if applicable).
Design
After receiving site evaluation approval notice, our technicians will move on to designing the layout of panel placements and take them back to the client for approval or adjustments if the client is not satisfied with the current design.
Installation
Installation just takes a few days, depending on the installation area and number of panels. Our professional installers will ensure that everything is securely installed and held firmly.
Inspection
Once the installation is complete, the city inspector comes out to make sure that everything has been done in alignment with the scope of work that was permitted.
Commissioning
The final step in turning your solar system on.
